The Ontario Association of Residences Treating Youth (OARTY) is pleased to provide you with the sponsor, advertising and exhibitor opportunities available for OARTY's 25th Anniversary Conference, Fostering Relationships.
OARTY is a leading organization setting the standards for quality residential care and treatment for children, youth and young adults in Ontario. OARTY member agencies have a widespread influence and are a fundamental component of Ontario’s child welfare system.
OARTY’s Annual Conferences provide an opportunity for OARTY Members and others from the sector to gather and share knowledge in an environment conducive to networking. Each year, generous sponsors contribute to conference programs, thus ensuring that conference planning includes high-quality speakers and lots of opportunities for delegates to access information regarding the latest trends, tools and techniques impacting the sector. Conference sponsorships are available at the following levels (please note that some levels are limited to a maximum number of sponsors):

Advertisements are also available for purchase in the delegate notebooks, with quarter page ads available for $500 (also included as part of the Silver Sponsorship benefits). Larger ads are available exclusively for higher level sponsors (not available for purchase). 2016 Conference Sponsor and Marketing Brochure (pdf). The brochure also includes details and registration for the Tradeshow, a key part of the annual Conference. The Tradeshow is held on the Thursday, and is open to vendors that have products and/or services of interest to the sector. Exhibitors benefit from the opportunity to promote your businesses to engaged professionals in a welcoming environment. You can purchase a booth for $220 (options available to purchase meals, including the keynote on Wednesday and the Thursday entertainment). Spots are limited to a maximum of 15 exhibitors.
