Enterphase Child & Family Services is a treatment focused residential program that provides a spectrum of residential services, therapy, community based programming as well as day treatment programming. Our ultimate goal is that of assisting youth and their families in overcoming abnormal difficulties and attaining normalcy, family unification and/or stepping down to less intrusive settings e.g. foster placements, Storey Homes programming. Enterphase consists of eight residential settings that vary from parent model and staff operated latency, upper latency and adolescent models. As well, Enterphase currently offers eleven day treatment programs that serve a variety of ages and needs from latency, upper latency to adolescent programming.

Treatment is, of course, a major component of the Enterphase program. Our clinical services consist of two Consulting Psychologists, a Consulting Psychiatrist, Play Therapists, as well as the Toronto Child Psychotherapy Program. Drama Therapy, Anger Management, Life Space Therapy and Socialization Techniques are developed within a safe, nurturing environment through creative and meaningful experiences. Relationships building and modelling are our major instruments utilized in achieving balance and normalization. Enterphase utilizes the Wrap-A-Round approach in building strong family and community teams for our youngsters in helping to shape our futures.

All staff recruited by Enterphase have a minimum of a Child & Youth Worker Diploma and are enhanced through Enterphase training which consists of U.M.A.B. Training, Fire & Safety Training, First Aid Training,Clinical Development Training, as well as ongoing Safeguard Training provided through the O.A.R.T.Y. association.
