As a new association, the Ontario Care Collective is in the process of engaging with stakeholders to create a Mission Statement that is clear, relevant, and reflective of our shared beliefs about what the Ontario Care Collective aims to accomplish. The Ontario Care Collective is committed to having the updated Mission Statement ready for publication by September 1, 2025.

About Ontario Care Collective

The Ontario Care Collective is an association formed by agencies who are working to support Ontario’s most vulnerable populations. Our members provide high quality treatment and out of home care services, to children, youth, and adults. Members work collectively to advocate for the individuals we support, to learn from each other and to grow together.

IRIS

IRIS, or Integrated Residential Information System, is a searchable database of out of home care and day treatment programs as provided by Ontario Care Collective members. IRIS was developed to facilitate the appropriate and efficient matching and placement for individuals requiring out of home care in Ontario.
