Staff supported semi-independent living program aimed to prepare and support clients in making a smooth transition from staff supported group care to living independently and being self-reliant into adulthood.  Program is licenced by the Ministry of Children and Youth and will meet the quality assurance measures set out by Developmental Services.  The program goals would include:

Preventing youth from transitioning out of group care to homelessness
Increasing the youth’s capacity to live independently in the community
Support the youth in becoming a productive and active member of the community
Improve social, economic and health outcomes for youth
