Norwood is a 6 bed, coed residence for assessment of children referred by Children's Aid Societies.
The children have a variety of problems; attachment, behavioural acting out, bed wetting, school problems, foster care breakdowns, physical/sexual abuse, fetal alcohol effect, ADHD/ADD.These children/youth have access to one of the four Mon Ami Section classrooms in Peterborough.
An assessment report is completed/presented to the placing C.A.S. at the 6 or 9 month placement date.
